Installation (Win 3.1):

 Activate the Program Manager
 Select Run from the File menu
 Enter A:SETUP.EXE        (if the files are on floppy drive A: )
 Press Return

Installation (Win 95):

 Select Run from the Start menu  
 Enter A:SETUP.EXE        (if the files are on floppy drive A: )
 Press Return

KNOWN PROBLEMS

Problem: The setup program is not able to create the directory sometimes. This happens if your 
	path contains more than one new sub-directory (e.g. the path Program\PCB\V22 will work 
	if Program\PCB already extists, but it will not work if only Program\ exists).

Solution: Create the directory manually.
