License Agreement

The software together with all related documentation and accompanying 
items (collectively, the Software) is protected by copyright law and 
international copyright treaties. The Software is the property of 
Andreas Waldherr (AW). After your acceptance of this license  and the 
payment of the license fee you will have certain limited rights to use 
the Software, while AW continues to be the owner.

Limitations:
You may:
a)	use the Software on one single computer only,
b)	make one backup copy of the Software for archival purposes only.
You may not:
c)	use the Software in a local area network or other network 
	without a separate network license,
d)	rent, lease or sublicense any portion of the Software,
e)	transfer the Software to a third party,
f)	modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software,
g)	redistribute serial- or registration numbers, or make them 
	available for a third party,
h)	use a third party's serial- or registration number.

Limited Warranty:
AW offers no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. This includes, 
but is in no way limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for 
a particular purpose. Specifically, AW makes no representation or warranty 
that the Software is "error free", or meet any user's particular standards, 
requirements or needs.

Disclaimer of Damages:
Under no circumstances will AW be liable for any damages which result from 
the use of the Software or the inability to use it. Exclusion from 
liability includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost savings, or 
any other incidental or consequential damages. AW is not liable for any 
damages, even if AW has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 
In no event will AW's liability exceed the amount paid for the use of the 
Software.

If any term of this license should be declared void or unenforceable by 
any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration will have no effect 
on the remaining terms hereof.

This license agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of 
Germany.
